Kính lạy Đức Chúa Trời: Con cảm ơn Chúa đã cho con biết rằng đối xử người nghèo khó một cách khôn ngoan với sự cảm thông sẽ có được dồi dào ơn lành từ Chúa. Chúa sẽ giải cứu. Chúa sẽ bảo vệ. Chúa sẽ ban phước. Chúa sẽ giữ gìn lúc ốm đau. Chúa sẽ thăm viếng lúc bệnh hoạn. Tất cả Chúa sẽ làm cho người quan tâm đến kẻ nghèo khổ khó khăn. Con cảm ơn Chúa đã cho con biết rằng Chúa thương yêu người nghèo khó và Chúa để ý đến người đối xử với họ một cách đàng hoàng. Con cảm ơn Chúa Giê-su đã đem con đến điểm này để nhắc con rằng chẳng những Chúa đã thương yêu người nghèo khó vô cùng mà Chúa đã chọn hy sinh để chính Ngài trở nên người nghèo khó (2 Cô 8:9). Lạy Chúa! Xin giúp con biết áp dụng điều này vào đời sống con hôm nay để đầu tư vào sự nghèo khó. Con cũng cầu xin rằng ai đó đang có lòng nghèo khổ khó khăn sẽ thừa nhận nhu cầu cần Ngài--Chúa Cứu Thế Giê-su--để có thể trải nghiệm một đời sống dư dật. Hôm nay. Amen

1 Blessed is he who considers the poor;
The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
2 2 The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive,
And he will be blessed on the earth;
You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.
3 3 The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness;
You will sustain him on his sickbed.

Dear Lord God: I thank You for letting me know that treating the poor wisely and with understanding will return favors abundantly by the Lord. He will deliver. He will preserve. He will bless. He will restore strength. He will sustain health. All to be done for the sensitive individual one. I thank You for letting me know that You love the poor and You pay attention to the one who treats the poor with dignity. I thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking me to this point to remind me that not only did You love the poor so much, You became poor Yourself sacrificially (2 Cor 8:9). O Lord! Please help me to put this learning into my living today to invest in poverty. I also pray that someone being spiritually poor will acknowledge the need for Jesus the Savior to experience abundant life. Today. Amen

Cám ơn Chúa vì Lời Ngài cảm động lòng con khi con thấy Lời ấy đang hành động trong cuộc đời con, ngay lúc nầy! (Thi 41:3), dù chỉ trong ý tưởng, con đã nghĩ đến đồng bào con còn tại quê nhà lâm cảnh khốn cùng, đói đến miếng ăn, nước uống! Cám ơn Chúa Ngài hiểu lòng con cái Ngài và Ngài đang thêm sức để con vừa muốn vừa làm đẹp ý Chúa! (Phi Lip 2:13) Amen!

ReplyDelete2 the Lord protects him and keeps him alive; he is called blessed in the land; you do not give him up to the will of his enemies.
3 The Lord sustains him on his sickbed; in his illness you restore him to full health.
Question #520: How will the one who considers the poor be blessed?
Answer to Question #520: The one who considers the poor will receive both spiritual and physical blessings from the Lord.
Spiritual Blessings: His soul will be redeemed and he will receive eternal life from Jesus Christ.
Physical blessings: He will be protected and kept alive. He will be healed of any sickness or disease.
The Bible teaches...
Matthew 6:1-4: “Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."
Matthew 6:19-21: “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Proverbs 11:24a - One person gives freely, yet gains even more;
Proverbs 11:25 - A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
Proverbs 14:31 - Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.
Proverbs 22:9 - The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.
Proverbs 28:27a - He who gives to the poor will lack nothing,
Proverbs 31:20,21 - She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy. When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
Psalms 112:9 - He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor, his righteousness endures forever; his horn will be lifted high in honor.
Jesus has the power to heal both body and soul.
Dear heavenly, gracious, loving, everlasting Father, thank you for sending Jesus, our Savior and great Healer.
